The Dahua DHI-IPMECD-1053-RM30-T35 is a right-direction, 3-meter fence arm automatic barrier designed for vehicle access and exit control applications. It is suitable for use in parking areas, residential complexes, factories, commercial facilities, and other controlled vehicle access points. The barrier arm has an opening and closing time of 3.5 seconds.
The barrier is equipped with 1 RS-485 communication port and 9 I/O interfaces. It provides a 2-channel status output for indicating whether the barrier arm is in the open or closed position. The system supports an anti-drop function through radar, loop, or infrared sensor connections and can automatically raise the barrier arm when an obstacle is detected. A vehicle counting mode is also available.
In the event of a power failure, the barrier arm can be operated manually using a hand crank. The arm limits are adjustable. The barrier can be controlled by remote control from a distance of approximately 30 meters under interference-free conditions, and up to 30 remote controls can be paired with the system. The unit also provides a 12 V ±5%, 1 A power output.
The barrier supports a power supply of 220 VAC ±10% or 110 VAC ±10%, selectable via a DIP switch. Its maximum power consumption is less than 200 W. The spring mechanism has an expected service life of approximately 800,000 cycles, while the motor has an expected service life of approximately 3 million cycles.
The unit is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -35 °C to +65 °C and in relative humidity levels of 10%–90%, non-condensing. It has an IP54 protection rating. The barrier housing dimensions are 335 × 285 × 930 mm, with a net weight of approximately 40 kg and a gross weight of approximately 45 kg. The barrier is designed for floor mounting and can be secured to the ground using bolts through the bottom of the housing.
