Operating at 24 VDC, the system can open and close its 4–5 meter telescopic barrier arm in approximately 4.8 seconds. The barrier movement speed and limit position can be adjusted, while the delay time and speed of the downward movement can also be configured according to application requirements. The system supports anti-drop and obstacle detection functions when connected to radar, loop detectors, or infrared sensors. If the barrier arm encounters an obstruction, it can automatically rise to help improve vehicle and pedestrian safety. In the event of a power failure, the barrier arm can be manually raised using the hand crank mechanism. With an RS-485 communication port, 9 I/O connections, and two-channel status outputs, the system can be integrated with various access control and security systems. The barrier supports remote control operation at a distance of up to 30 meters under interference-free conditions and allows up to 30 remote controllers to be paired. Its counting mode enables monitoring of barrier operation and vehicle access activity. Supporting a power supply of 220 VAC ±10% or 110 VAC ±10% and consuming less than 200 W, the product features an IP54 protection rating. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -35 °C to +65 °C and at relative humidity levels of 10%–90%. The motor has an expected lifespan of approximately 3 million cycles, while the spring has a lifespan of approximately 800,000 cycles.
