Builds a CAT6 data link on outdoor routes with a shielded body.
A CAT6 cable with a 23 AWG bare copper conductor and PE insulation, jacketed in PE for outdoor routes. An aluminum Mylar tape and a tinned copper drain wire keep externally coupled noise outside the cable. The 500 meter reel pulls long outdoor runs in one piece.

Key features
100Ω
Characteristic impedance
Stays within a 15% tolerance across the 1~250 MHz band.
23AWG
Bare copper conductor
The PE insulation reaches a 1.198 mm nominal diameter over the conductor.
9.38Ω/100 m
Conductor resistance
At 20 °C the resistance unbalance stays within 2%.
2500V DC
Dielectric strength
Insulation resistance stays at a minimum of 5000 MΩ·km.
500m
Reel length
A single reel completes a long outdoor route without a splice.
-20 ~ +60°C
Operating temperature
Runs steadily through outdoor temperature swings.
IN DAILY USEOutdoor bodyThe PE jacket wraps the cable against outdoor exposure on open routes.
Interference controlThe aluminum Mylar tape and the tinned copper drain wire keep noise outside the cable.
Pulling strengthA minimum 100% elongation and high tensile strength protect the body during conduit pulls.
