X-Sense Smart Antenna
Full coverage based on 16.77 million signal pathsIn the X-Sense Smart Antenna matrix architecture, the RG-AP530-I AP with 24 built-in array antennas dynamically selects up to 16.77 million different antenna combinations and effectively solves the weak coverage dead zones of traditional antennas. No matter the location of the smart device, the X-Sense Smart Antenna customizes and aligns the best signal path to achieve full coverage.

Automatic adjustment for best signals
Regardless of the high mobility of the smart device, the AP always provides the best signal path with the revolutionary change brought by Ruijie X-Sense Smart Antenna technology. Requiring no manual adjustment, the X-Sense Smart Antenna can perform up to 300 signal path switches automatically within 1 ms. Even when the smart device is moving fast, the X-Sense Smart Antenna can always track the smart device and deliver the best signal strength.

3 times the signal strength with the same power supply
The X-Sense Smart Antenna accurately calculates the location of a smart device and boosts the signal strength accordingly. For ordinary APs, the X-Sense Smart Antenna duplicates the signal strength up to 3 times, providing the best wireless signal coverage. The increased signal strength does not always come with a higher radiation level, and the Ruijie X-Sense Smart Antenna is an exception. The enhanced signal strength is used to compensate for the loss during transmission and through wall penetration. The transmission power of the APs fully complies with safety standards.
Smart device access optimization design, more suitable for mobile phones and tablet PCs
The X-Sense Smart Antenna quickly and accurately identifies any smart device as soon as it connects to the wireless network. For low-power mobile phones and tablet PCs, the X-Sense Smart Antenna enhances the receiving sensitivity and performs retransmissions through dynamic signal balancing technology to ensure optimal access performance for all types of smart devices.
Reduces interference by 30% for easier deployment
Interference is the biggest challenge in any wireless network deployment. The interference problem will arise when a large number of APs are deployed in a small area. The X-Sense Smart Antenna automatically adjusts the wireless signal output direction based on the user's location. When disturbed, the X-Sense Smart Antenna chooses a better path to avoid interference. Test results show that Ruijie's X-Sense Smart Antenna technology can effectively reduce interference by more than 30%.

Industry-leading local routing technology
Using an industry-leading local routing technology, the RG-AP530-I AP eliminates the traffic bottleneck of wireless Access Controllers (ACs). In cooperation with the Ruijie RG-WS Wireless AC, users can pre-set a routing mode for the RG-AP530-I AP. The AP can determine whether to forward and route data to an AC based on a Service Set Identifier (SSID) or user VLAN, or whether to send data directly to a wired network for data exchange. The local routing technology can transmit large-scale, latency-sensitive, and real-time transmission data over the wired network to greatly reduce the traffic pressure on wireless LAN controllers and meet the high traffic transmission requirements of the 802.11n network.
Abundant QoS policies
The RG-AP530-I AP supports a wide variety of QoS policies. For example, it provides bandwidth limitations in WLAN/AP/STA modes and Wi-Fi multimedia (WMM), which defines different priorities for different service data. The RG-AP530-I AP implements the timely and quantitative transmission of voice and video and guarantees the smooth operation of multimedia applications. The RG-AP530-I AP supports multicast-to-unicast conversion technology, solving the video interruption problem due to packet loss or long delay in the wireless Video on Demand (VoD) system. The AP greatly enhances the user experience with multicast video over wireless networks.
Intelligent Wireless Experience
X-speed wireless experience
Despite interference from other overlapping access points, the RG-AP530-I AP effectively shortens the waiting time between competing downlink users to send packets. Ruijie network users enjoy a high-speed wireless experience despite the level of interference in the complex environment. In addition, the RG-AP530-I AP also solves problems such as high latency and low network speed caused by an old wireless LAN card being placed far away from the AP. To solve the problems, all users are assigned an equal amount of time to transmit packets on the wireless link, which ensures a fair high-speed wireless network for every user and at the same time enhances the overall throughput of the AP.
Intelligent identification of smart device
Deployed with Ruijie Wireless ACs, the RG-AP530-I AP intelligently identifies the smart device type based on its characteristics and presents an adaptive portal authentication page in the corresponding size and layout. The intelligent identification of the smart device eliminates the trouble of screen size adjustment and saves around 10 seconds, providing a faster wireless experience. This technology supports all common smart terminal operating systems, including Apple iOS, Android, and Windows.

Remote Intelligent Perception Technology (RIPT)
In the traditional network architecture where proper APs are centrally managed by a wireless AC, packets received by the AP need to be forwarded to the AC before being transmitted. Therefore, when the wireless AC fails, the APs do not function properly, resulting in the breakdown of the entire wireless network. Ruijie’s latest RIPT enables the RG-AP530-I AP to implement intelligent link perception. When a failed wireless AC is detected, the APs will switch to intelligent mode quickly to continue transmitting data, ensuring the high availability of the wireless network and keeping wireless users online at all times.
Intelligent load balancing
In a high-density wireless LAN, the RG-AP530-I AP, matched with Ruijie Wireless ACs, intelligently distributes users among different APs in real-time based on the user count and data traffic. This feature balances the load pressure on each AP and offers higher network availability, improving average bandwidth and QoS.
