Grows a desktop network without asking for configuration.
8 x 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports run with auto-negotiation, and the unit supports IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet and IEEE 802.3x flow control. It is an unmanaged switch aimed at home office and small to medium-sized business networks.
Switching performanceIt moves data at wire speed with a 1.6 Gbps switching capacity and keeps packet loss low.
Address tableIt fills a 1K-entry MAC address table through auto-learning.
Duplex operationIt applies IEEE 802.3x flow control in full duplex mode and also supports half duplex mode.
Auto port matchingAuto MDI/MDIX runs on every port, so straight and crossover cables need no distinction.
EnclosureThe compact metal case takes little desk room, works plug and play and asks for no configuration.
