The extender transmits high-definition signals over long distances using a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable (recommended), reducing costs compared to long HDMI cables. It is designed for long-range high-definition signal transmission.

Connection and Operation

Connect a HDMI cable (max. 10 m) between the source device and the TX Extender.

Connect a HDMI cable (max. 15 m) between the display device and the RX Extender.

Connect a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable between the TX and RX Extenders for long-distance transmission (max. 60 m).

Connect the 5V power supply to both TX and RX units.
LED Indicator Lights
• TX LED: Power on → Green; Signal input → Yellow flashing
• RX LED: Power on → Green; Signal input → Yellow flashing
• EDID Button: Supports switching between 720p and 1080p (Default EDID is 1080p when powered on)
• IR Setup: Plug the IR receiver cable into the RX unit; if needed, plug the IR transmitter cable into the TX unit
• KVM Setup: Connect mouse and keyboard to the RX USB ports; connect the TX USB port to the computer if KVM functionality is needed
