A sounder and strobe unit made for addressable fire detection systems. It ties into a two-wire, polarity-free loop, takes an address between 1 and 254 from an electrical encoder, and appears at the panel under its own identity. A built-in microprocessor drives the alarm tone and the flash rhythm.
