Separates power from data on a PoE line and feeds devices without PoE support.

It takes IEEE 802.3af/at power from the network switch and splits the link into data on the RJ-45 output and power on a separate DC cable. The output steps between 5 V, 9 V and 12 V, so devices without PoE support run at points where no outlet reaches.
