A short-range wireless adapter that stretches an RS-485 or TTL level serial link up to 500 meters with no cable run. It works on 16 channels in the 429 – 433.30 MHz band and spends at most 100 mW.
Wireless channelIt uses FSK and GFSK modulation. Channel and interface baud rate run from 1200 bps to 38400 bps, with -121 dBm receiver sensitivity.
Serial interfaceThe menu switches the unit to RS-232, RS-485 or TTL mode. Two different serial signals never pass at the same time.
Data formatIt supports the 8E1, 8N1 and 8O1 data formats.
PowerIt runs on 9 – 12 V DC and draws 200 mA.
Housing and environmentDIN-rail mounting, 1 mm metal housing, 0.6 kg weight and 100 mm x 86 mm x 26 mm dimensions. It operates from -20°C to 70°C.
