Digital Diagnostic Memory Map
(Compliant with SFF-8472) The transceivers provide serial identification memory contents and diagnostics information about the current operating conditions through a 2-wire serial interface (SCL, SDA). Diagnostics information is implemented with either internal calibration or external calibration, including received power monitoring, transmitted power monitoring, bias current monitoring, supply voltage monitoring, and temperature monitoring.
