Adds 8 inputs and 2 outputs to an alarm panel over RS-485.

An input expansion module that connects to the alarm control panel over an RS-485 line. It carries 8 channels of alarm input and 2 channels of alarm output and takes its address from a DIP switch. It runs on 12 VDC and consumes 1.2 W.
